Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://elitecleanoutkc.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, EliteCleanoutKc markets and arranges Residential Junk Removal, Commercial Junk Removal, Attic Cleanouts, Garage Cleanout, Construction Debris Removal. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Ownership. EliteCleanoutKc (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. EliteCleanoutKc does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EliteCleanoutKc's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid EliteCleanoutKc in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify EliteCleanoutKc from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Choice of Law. KS law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of KS, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Term Changes. EliteCleanoutKc may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
